Howard is an NC State grad with degrees in computer science and psychology. He was employed at SAS, a large computer software company, where he hired, led and managed large software development teams. He also served as consultant on their talent acquisition team to screen, interview and mentor all the new SAS bootcamp consultants. After retirement from SAS in 2018, he became the co-founder and CEO of Escape on Purpose, where he has hired, trained and manages all the staff. Howard has over 30 years of experience in talent identification/selection, negotiation skills, mentoring and leadership experience.
